the staff were helpful and efficient. the location was superb, close to many attractions! i was impressed with the modern bathroom, with a spacious shower. the breakfast selection offered a wide variety of options, a real treat!
i noticed very slight wear on some furniture.

central location polite staff pancake machine excellent breakfast
The hotel location is central. It is a short walk to the Arndale Centre. I found the staff courteous. Breakfast included a pancake machine.
I noticed the guestrooms would benefit from some upgrades. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

The breakfast was good. It had a decent selection.
The room was not excellent. The remote control was held together with tape. the door lacked a bolt lock, this, especially since someone tried to open the door at 2 am. also, the shower seal was falling off.
